House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture, and no parties whatsoever. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned before your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Other things to note

Guests are required to send us an electronic passport copy a few days before arrival for registration with the building management

Any questions before, during, or after your stay will be happily answered.

Parties or gatherings are not allowed and also prohibited by the developer EMAAR.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and will be charged AED 1500 to cover the cost of AC cleaning and furniture cleaning.
